STEP 1- COMPLETE DESIGN BRIEF FORM
Begin the process by completing the design consultation form prior to booking your onsite consultation with our Principal Designer Matt McMahon.
This is the first step in the journey and helps us better understand your property, priorities, lifestyle and vision for your property. Most clients spend 10-15 minutes completing the form. We recommend setting aside a little uninterrupted time and completing it together with your partner or any key decision makers involved in the project.
STEP 2- BOOK ONSITE CONSULTATION
Once your design consultation form has been submitted, the next step is to book your complimentary onsite consultation. This meeting gives us the opportunity to walk your property together, discuss your ideas in greater detail and explore the overall vision for your outdoor space. We will review your priorities, design, direction, scope of works, budget considerations, timelines and the lifestyle outcomes you are hoping to achieve.
STEP 3- DESIGN PROPOSAL
Following the consultation, we'll prepare a tailored design proposal outlining the recommended scope of work, inclusions, design fees and estimated timelines.
Once approved by you, your project will be scheduled into our design calendar.
STEP 4- LANDSCAPE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is where the vision starts to come together.
We develop your custom landscape concept with careful consideration given to the site, architecture functionality, materials and overall flow of the space.
Depending on the project scope this stage may include a concept design sketch, material selection, 3D visualisation and construction documentation.
